M. NZANGAWU Armand José
Head of Human Resources Department

Holder of a Postgraduate Diploma (DESS) in Human Resources Management, Armand has over 10 years of experience. He began his career with several local organisations, with a notable 4-year tenure at Ecobank Cameroon. He joined the PASL team in 2017 as Head of Human Resources, and his exemplary commitment propelled him to lead the Human Resources & General Services department. Armand is a dedicated professional, attentive to teams and to the internal climate of the institution.
