SME Loan
Structured financing for businesses that count: investment, operations, contracts to honour.
A growing SME has needs of a different scale: heavy equipment, a public contract to honour, an operating line for the season. The SME Loan brings the structured financing your company deserves — with an account manager who speaks your language, the language of the ground.
Features
- Amounts and durations sized for the enterprise
- Investment, operating or contract financing
- Staged drawdowns and grace periods matched to the project cycle
- Dedicated account manager, on-site visits
- Collateral reviewed with flexibility: financed equipment, guarantees, pledges
The SME Loan is our answer to Cameroon's missing middle: too big for microcredit, too young for the big banks, SMEs deserve a partner that takes them seriously.
Financing follows the project, not the reverse
Machine, stock, contract: each need has its structure — duration, grace, tranches. Our account managers build the loan around your operating cycle, so instalments fall when the money comes in.
Group backing, local agility
As a subsidiary of a major pan-African banking group, PASL combines the institutional strength your partners expect with the decision agility of a neighbourhood institution.

Frequently asked questions
Our bookkeeping is simple — is that disqualifying?
No. Many good SMEs keep modest books: our account managers can read a business beyond its statements, and help you structure the file.
Do you finance public contract execution?
Yes — contract pre-financing is part of our work: the signed contract is a key piece of the file.
What is the decision process?
Your account manager prepares the file; a credit committee decides. For a complete file, allow one to two weeks depending on the amount.
